Are your meals fresh or frozen?
Our meals are freshly prepared, made right before delivery, and never frozen, ensuring optimal quality and flavor.How many meals do you deliver per week?
We offer a range of plans:Single Order (Non-Subscription):
Tasting Plan (7 Days): 21 meals delivered twice a week.
Tasting Plan (4 Days): 12 meals delivered once a week.
4-12 Week Subscription Plans:
Convenience Plan: 12 meals per week for 4 weeks.
Complete Plan: 21 meals per week for 12 weeks.
Ingredients and Allergies
Do you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
While we aim to meet diverse preferences, we cannot currently accommodate specific dietary restrictions due to the shared use of our kitchen facility with common allergens. However, we are working toward offering this option in the future.Do you use organic ingredients?

Subscriptions and Orders
How do I subscribe to your service?
You can subscribe through our website at justbehealthymeals.com. Both the Convenience and Complete plans are prepaid for durations of 4 weeks and 12 weeks, respectively. Simply choose a plan that suits your needs and follow the checkout instructions.Can I pause a delivery?
Yes, you can pause a delivery. To pause a future week’s order, notify us by Tuesday at 11:59 PM CST of the prior week. For longer pauses, please contact us. Email us at drchoi@justbehealthymeals.com for assistance. Note: If no action is taken, subscriptions will resume after the current week’s pause.What if I want to try your meals before committing?
Our Tasting Plans (4 Days and 7 Days) are ideal for sampling our meals before committing to a subscription.
Delivery and Storage
When are the meals delivered?
Delivery schedules depend on your plan:Meals for Tasting Plan (7 Days) and the Complete Plan are delivered twice a week.
All other plans are delivered once a week.
How should I store the meals?
Meals are delivered fresh and should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
Meals are delivered in insulated thermal containers to maintain safe temperatures. If you’re unavailable to receive the package, you are responsible for managing the shipment or pausing the order in advance if necessary.
