At the heart of our mission is Dr. Rocky Choi, a PhD in Medical Biology with over a decade of research experience, and Chef H.C. Choi, a culinary expert in vegan cuisine. Together, we’ve dedicated ourselves to helping others transition to a plant-based lifestyle. We’ve seen firsthand how this approach can lead to better health outcomes and an improved quality of life.
